‘Still Much Work To Do’ To Get More Women Into FTSE 350 Leadership

With the latest Hampton-Alexander review being published on November 13, the lid is lifted once again on British companies’ true efforts to tackle gender imbalance in the workplace. Whilst both the FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 look to be on track to reach the 2020 targets set back in 2011, the FTSE 350 is set to fall dangerously behind—that is, unless “half of all available roles” go to women by the end of 2019.
