Joining PWN in 2016, Joanna’s goal is to support the Organization to promote women’s careers. She places acute focus on creating benefits for other organizations’ diversity programs and sustentation of women in leadership positions. Her motivation is driven by the desire to be a role model for her daughter.

As Director of Group Treasury of NTT Security, she and her team are a trusted and hands-on partner for Executive Management. She combines simplicity and effectiveness with expertise to deliver business excellence in Treasury and Finance area.
