At PWN Munich, Mentoring is one of the key programs of our organization and a major activity of our network. It is offered free of charge to our Munich members.

The Mentoring Program supports our members through all phases of their careers. Members can participate in local mentoring activities, European mentoring activities, or both. General Mentoring provides a variety of benefits to Mentors, Mentees and also to our Corporate Partners.

Joke Van Acker, VP Mentoring PWN Munich

Since coming to PWN Munich in 2012, Joke strives to bring out the best of people through her key values of inclusion and diversity. As a grounded professional, she works diligently to enable those with whom she comes in contact with and are ready to embark on a positive life.

Joke is a dynamic International Human Resources Director at TE Connectivity with almost 20 years of global HR involvement where she is focused on talent development, change management, leadership, mentoring and coaching.


Audrey Braconi, Deputy VP Mentoring PWN Munich

Audrey joined PWN Munich under the inspiration of Joke van Acker. She’s been instrumental in directing projects, including Inner Circle, where she led improvements in member collaboration. Audrey uses her energy to help others reach better clarity, motivation and organization. She is a role model for her children and aspires to see more women in leadership positions.

With over 16 years’ experience in IT and Travel, Audrey has held leadership roles in Program Management and Operations. Today, she is a Senior Manager Key Account Manager in Amadeus for the Lufthansa Group.


Joanna Grönling, Mentoring Coordinator PWN Munich

Joining PWN in 2016, Joanna’s goal is to support the Organization to promote women’s careers. She places acute focus on creating benefits for other organizations’ diversity programs and sustentation of women in leadership positions. Her motivation is driven by the desire to be a role model for her daughter.

As Director of Group Treasury of NTT Security, she and her team are a trusted and hands-on partner for Executive Management. She combines simplicity and effectiveness with expertise to deliver business excellence in Treasury and Finance area.


Snehalatha Radhakrishnan, Mentoring Coordinator PWN Munich

Recently joining PWN again based on the recommendation of Joke. Sneha has been actively involved within the PWN Organization with a strong focus on the restructuring and launch of the Mentorship Program.

Sneha is a Technical Product Manager at TE Connectivity and is rooted in the field of heat shrink and switchgear technology which provides energy solutions. She completed her Master in Power Engineering from TU Munich and is intensely interested in finding solutions for modern engineering problems while providing excellence in technical and team support.


Drazenka Klescic, Mentoring Coordinator PWN Munich

Joining PWN in 2016, Drazenka combines her natural capabilities as an organizer and personal travel and cross-cultural experiences to assist others to aspire to something more. She is a driven professional who aims to integrate her love of travel, interest in other cultures and willingness to learn about foreign cultures

Drazenka is a motivated individual working within various IT roles over the last 20 years. In these roles she’s honed her skills as a Project Manager and developed an analytical approach to working with various data models.
