Gender Equality and Equal Wage for Women in Germany
JOIN US AT THIS IMPORTANT CONVERGENCE OF WOMEN
The differences in pay in Germany are a disadvantage to the rise of women and their ascension into higher management positions. Voluntary agreements and the self-commitment of the German economy in 2001 have so far not led to an adequate proportion of women on the management levels of large companies.
While there are people for whom gender equality already exists and consider these discussions outdated, we as women living and working in Germany wish for gender equality extending to equal compensation.
To initiate action and cause result, laws must be enacted so this basic & fundamental right can put in place.
