The Diversity Lab in Dublin will be hosted by PWN Global’s newly elected Co-Presidents, Carina Furlong (Managing Director, Talking Talent) and Sheila Gemin (Client Executive, Atos). They will share with you thought leadership into the best practices from organisations that PWN Global has worked with around the world. In addition, both Carina and Sheila are former Presidents of PWN City Networks (PWN Dublin and PWN Amsterdam respectively) and can also share with your their 'on the ground' insights from their local members and their experience of the global workplace in the digital era.

We believe there are four obvious reasons why gender balanced leadership can benefit from the ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution’, and these are the topics that we will be discussing at the session: 

  1. Digitalization of HR is leading to more meritocracy.
  2. Success in the digital age depends on skills that women are typically proven stronger in than men.
  3. Women are increasing their digital fluency.
  4. Men stepping up increasingly as ‘Manbassadors’ of female leadership, will accelerate with the power of digital.

  • journey in gender diversity and inclusion
  • successes - their great initiatives and programs and what’s working
  • challenges to become inclusive and balanced at all levels of your organisation.
