Mercer and PWN Global extend their partnership offering continued opportunities to advance gender balance

Mercer and PWN Global have had a strong, successful global partnership since January 2012, and have now extended their collaboration for another three years. Both parties have a firm commitment to advancing gender balance, reducing pay and pension gaps and providing an opportunity for women to thrive in business.

This is the perfect partnership given that Mercer delivers advice and technology-driven solutions that help organisations meet the health, wealth and career needs of a changing workforce.. Their When Women Thrive, Businesses Thrive research is well recognised globally, as a great contribution to support businesses in advancing gender balance. 

PWN Global support Mercer’s high potential women in the majority of their 29 city networks, offering local networking, mentoring and development opportunities and events. They also provide Mercer’s female talent with global opportunities to network with PWN Global’s 3,500+ members using their new platform which also provides online tools such as webinars, the latest news, research and articles and access to global events. A highlight of the partnership in the last year have been collaboration’s at PWN Global’s Diversity Labs, a platform for cross-industry, cross-border best practice sharing on different gender related themes.
